1. Collect all Firefly Pendants, comics, artifacts, and training manuals.
2. Use the Collectibles menu in the pause screen to track what you still need.
3. Find the last missing collectible to unlock the trophy.

Fully upgrade Joel with supplements

1. Find supplements (pill bottles) scattered throughout every level.
2. Spend supplements in the upgrade menu to unlock Joel's skills one by one.
